Data recovery
The rule is simple: if the content is not recovered, the work is not billed. Below is how we work and what it costs depending on severity.
If the loss just happened
- Shut the machine down. Every minute of use overwrites a little more of the deleted data.
- Do not run any automatic repair tool, disk check or free recovery software. These write to the drive.
- Do not reinstall or format anything, even if prompted to.
- Bring in the drive, or the whole machine if you're not confident opening it.
Four levels, four prices
The price depends on the state of the drive, not the volume of data. The level is determined after examination and told to you before any work.
Level 2
Damaged file system
Power loss during a write, corrupted partition table, RAW volume, limited bad sectors. Rebuilt through signature analysis.
150 – 350 DT
2 to 5 days
Level 3
Unstable drive or failing controller
SSD or NVMe dropping out mid-copy, severe slowdown, numerous bad sectors. Handled through successive imaging and repeated reads.
350 – 700 DT
5 to 15 days
Level 4
Electronic or mechanical failure
Drive not detected at all, physical shock, water damage, burnt controller board. Requires hardware work, sometimes in a partner clean room.

Examination and quote
Drive detection, SMART data, assessment of unreadable sectors. You get the level and matching price.
Signed waiver
A written document states what will be attempted, the risks specific to the drive's condition, and that no recovery can be guaranteed in advance.
Image first
A sector-by-sector copy is made before any handling. All work then happens on that image; your original drive is never written to.
Reconstruction
Analysis of the file system structure, or failing that reconstruction by file signatures, using professional recovery tools.
Verification in front of you
The list of recovered files is shown before payment. You open them, you confirm, then we deliver to the medium of your choice.
